09-20-07 We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for such a successful spring and summer! Our company has undergone some major changes in the last couple of months but things are still running smoothly and we have our clients to thank. Also, we have recently merged forces with a wonderful tech team who not only help us when we are in need of tech support, but are also available to help clients with all of their computer questions. They are also taking over the newsletters and forums. Please contact Michael at Custom Technology Solutions, LLC for more information.

4-11-06 Good news! Lori's site is up and running! We had a few issues with her message board, but I think all of those have been squared away and it, too, is running smoothly. I'm still working on a few graphics to add and hope to get all excerpts up today or tomorrow, but that should be about it! I'm so excited to have Lori as a new client and want to welcome her to our Dartlon Designs family. :)
3-25-06 Lots of news to report this month! First, I can't post the site I spoke of below until the candidate announces officially that he is running, which could be a couple of months, yet. The campaign doesn't begin until June, so hopefully I'll be able to add his site to our portfolio then. The biggest news is that I have been working on a site revamp for Lori Foster! She had a site full of wonderful content that just needed some organization and some brightening up. Take a look at all our work at LoriFoster.com! It was quite a challenge but Lori is a marvelous person and has been an absolute dream to work with! (Also, thank you Dawn for all your wonderful work on Lori's forum (message board)!!) Speaking of Dawn, have you checked out her new publishing company yet? If not, you really should hop on over to InaraPress.com and take a peak! They have an amazing new system that you really just have to try to appreciate! Their Seron Serials are unlike anything you've ever seen! Here's a quote from the Inara Press Reader Realm, “All Seron Serials are available for $5.50 per 12-week subscription, and like your favorite televisions series, will continue on with recurring character and settings for multiple seasons to come.” Sounds like something to look forward to!
2-21-06 Whew! It has been quite a week! I've been hard at work on my newest design project. (I'll post the url as soon as we get it live.) I was asked to design a small site for a young man running for state senate. I'm really pleased with the way the site turned out and can't wait to get it up for him! Stay tuned for a sneak peak posted in my portfolio soon!
2-13-06 The beginning of another week is upon us and I have so much to do! It's a wonderful feeling to get up each morning knowing that my day is full to the brim. Our client list here at DartlonDesigns has grown in leaps and bounds over the last year. No, we haven't always been DD, in fact, we've had several names over the last couple of years. But as those wonderful clients who have stuck with us through the changes know, our service has always had the same personal touch a lot of larger design companies can't give you. You, as a client, are always number one with us. You won't get pushed to the side when a big project comes in. Those of you who have updating and graphic designs through us can be assured that those will come first each and every day. (And if you have a book release or anything at all that you feel is urgent, all you have to do is send it with 'urgent' in the subject line and it gets put at the very top of our list of things to do that day!) I take care of all of the updating personally. That's why I can make that promise. :) We take pride in being there for our clients from the very beginning until the final update is done. A website that stands out among many is a necessity in today's marketing world. But in order for that site to help you prosper in whatever field you are in, it has to be maintained on a regular basis. An outdated website is eventually a 'dead' website. Visitors will only keep coming back if you keep your information up to date and entertaining. I realize how difficult it is to do that. It's hard for me to find the time to add things to my own sites. But about once a month, I just make myself sit down and make a list of all the things I need to get added or changed. Usually by the same time the next month, I've checked everything off that list and have a new one started. :) (My newest endeavor is a blog to help keep my family up to date on our coming and goings. We'll see if I can keep it current along with everything else. :)
2-14-06 Happy Valentines Day! May your day be full of hearts, roses, love and laughter. (And a little
chocolate indulgence for all of us who make ourselves suffer through the cravings the rest of the year! Go ahead, it's Valentines Day! ;)
